What level of play would you expect from a rookie tourny?(flanking, snap shooting, teamwork,etc.) thanks

Has anyone ever seen rookies play in a tournament?

generally if they are just starting out the team work never really show itself, you usually get guys doing their own thing. snap shooting is in the game but they tend to hang alot longer then they should sometimes during the games nobody fires a ball for like a minute. but on a high note they probably have the most fun out of any tourney players and they are a hoot to watch and ref(i reffed one and this guy could not be hit it was incredible, he was the last one left on his team and the other had three(3 man) slowly he shot them all out, he stands up looks around and walks off the field without hanging the flag or pulling it for that matter but i tell ya he had the best day of his life)

they are new to tournies, not paintball/speedball
