Would this make the impulse like super consistant or would it not make much difference?

hmmm maybe a little more consistent but prolly not SUPER consistant. There is only so much that one reg can do. It really wont matter if you add two.
One inline max flo is probably just as mgood as an inline and a tank.

i think dual maxxys would be sweet. i might get a max flow nitro system.

That depends. If you are using a decent tank it will not make a big difference, but will add a decent amount of extra unneeded weight. The max-flow was designed to be a single reg'ed regulator.

that is not necessary for the impulse... but maybe for a high flow gun such as the shocker??

If you have a maxflow tank then you don't need another maxflow.
