My solenoid is leaking air. I cleaned it, put a light coat of lube (dow 33) on it, tightened it (snug) and it still is leaking air. Anyone know of any other remedies?

Those gaskets are a tricky little bugger, Are you sure it's seated correctly. Sometimes just the smallest little whatever can cause you this kind of grief!

Make sure that you wipe the part that the gasket sits on the gun and on the solenoid. Look it over to make sure that there isn't anything on there. Then check to see if there are any blemishes or cuts on the gasket. If everything looks alight reassemble and try it again. Try putting ait on it without the gripframe on to see where exactly the air is coming from.

OK, I found the real problem. My inner piston seal is chewed up. The piston had a burr on it that shredded the inner seal. I must have some how banged the piston on something when a had my marker in pieces.
Resolution. Replace the piston and inner seal. Price, about $9 bucks.
Thanks for all the support!
