hey guys,

I just got a phat deal on a shocker last night( Vert shocker, 14"boomy,10"boomy for 350) and was wondering if shcokers were real gas hogs because thats what alot of people have been saying about them. ive got a 68/3000 tank and am a back players so i need to be able to shoot alot, maybe 700 a game, and was wondering if i could make it, the gun is sweet though, the guy has a autococker trigger kinda, cockers are awesome and just feels like a electro cocker with that frame :)

Yeap, If Smart parts is the way you wanna go and gas is a real issue, look at the Shockers little brother the Impulse, they're a kickin little machine too!

Even if you are a back player, do you really think you'll be shooting 700 rounds a game? Thats one hopper and 5 pods worth!

What kind of gas efficiency do you get on your impulses Kat?

With my 68ci /4500 Armageddon I'll get 900 shoots out of it with a 3K fill

I would go with an 88cu 4500psi tank just to be sure but a 68 should be fine for a game. But remember you cant always get a full fill so with an 88cu the extra space in the tank will give you enough shots despite a smaller pressure.

I'm with shockerdave on this one. Go for the bigger tank.
