Paintball Channel

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a channel on TV completely dedicated to paintball.
They could have Tech show like how to work on certain guns, they could have shows that upgrade guns like those car shows you see. They could have review shows where they test out new gear and tell what they think of it. They could even have talk shows where they have interviews with paintball players, gun designers, etc. They could show woods/speed/scenario games and every Fri. night they could show movies like roadkill, dynasty dysected, etc.
Hey, if they can have an entire channels for homosexuals, women, men, cars, and arts adn crafts they can definitly have one for paintball

who else thinks this is a good idea? discuss...

it won't happen. ever. ever see a football channel? baseball channel? any channel dedicated to one specific sport? no. the most it'll ever get is an hour of airtime on ESPN.

well, with direct tv, i get an nba channel and a mlb channel. its got nothing but rerun games, but we have to order it, which were not gonna do, but there is a possibility

a paintball channel would be awesome. If they had a baseball channel it would be reruns of every game from the last 20 years, unless they started showing Little League games too.

A paintball channel would have tons of different things to show. They wouldn't need to show reruns for a long time. I really hope a channel dedicated to paintball is made soon.

There is an NFL channel.

Semi on topic: Am I the only one who thinks that paintball is more of a sport than arm wrestling? ESPN2 seems to disagree.

y'know, i thought there was a football channel, but i didn't see one when i checked. guess i skipped over it.

anyway, the point is that paintball won't have a channel because it won't be as big as football.

every sport has its own channel if im not mistaken theres a tennis channel and a channel for college only sports

you are very, very mistaken. baseball doesn't have its own channel, soccer doesn't have its own channel (here in the states, anyway), bowling doesn't have its own channel... need i go on? and college sports doesn't count, i said a specific sport. college sportS covers many sports.

well paintball isn't like any other sports it is more like car racing as far as a tv channel is concerned, because you can't upgrade a football, you can't really talk to the designer of a tennis raquet, and no one wants to here from most pro golf players so I think paintball deserves it's own channel

Paintball is definantly a different kind of sport than any others that are out there.

I have been thinking about paintball on tv since about 2 months ago and I think that I have proven myself that it is very well possible. All you need are some dedicated rich people to help us pballers.

does anybody get chills, and goosebumps and stuff when u see paintball on tv... i do.. i dunno why.

must be bc its awesome when its actually on, and knowing that i participate in the best sport/activity in the world. Atleast i dont fall asleep during it like i would watching a bunch of tall guys running back and forth waving their hands and squeaking their shoes (basketball) or some ppl walking up and tryin to hit a ball outta the park and running lines.. big whoop.

Now for some reason i dont mind watching golf.. just i dont bc it jumps around too much so too hard to keep track of.

now WPT world poker tour is the best though, always watching those shows. :D

It would be coo, but I seriously doubt it'll ever happen. Even if it DID happen, it would be a pay channel and wouldn't ever be like the Golf Channel. Besides the fact that golf sucks, do you ever see shows that golf clubs and make up like 2 out of 5 shows on there? No, you see games, reruns, games, some reruns, and then maybe practice tips or something.

However, I do believe that paintball has enough local, state, regional, national, & international tournaments that coverage would be continuous and there would be very few reruns if any at first.

AMzingSpyderman yeah on IO i can order like 100 channels worth of soccor, baseball, football etc. Is it possible to have a PB channel, yes, but it would take a lot of commitment and a lot of money. Also no other sport is as fluid and dynamic as paintball, everyday technology grows and changes, that why they wont have to show reruns of tournys all the time. ALso they could have live coverage of the super 7 and other big tournys as well, thatd be cool.
