system x clear barrel

Has anyone tried one of the system x barrels? It looks like a two pice but half is clear. I couldnt find any info on it but I was wondering how they work. I have a boomstick now so it'd, have to be good to change my mind. It looks great though. Thanks for any info.

the system x barrels are 2pc barrel systems. you can purchase the back half seperate, which is available in different bores sizes, or you can get the entire barrel. The tips are interchangable, and yes they are transparent, a polycarbonate front half (that's a cool feature to have, to match your gun or whatever). They look great, no doubt about that, as for performance, im not too sure about that. but just like any other barrel it's safe to assume that it'll be accurate, but depends on your paint. I believe the standard bore size is .689, but like i said there are different sizes available.

I highly recommend you stay away from this barrel if you play hard. I reviewed one and I was very dissapointed. The whole barrel felt like it had the strength of a straw. Stay away IMO.
