CP reg question

when I put my new reg on, do I need to put loctite on it? I put it on without doing it and I was getting a leak where the two piecs connect

DONT put loctite on it. take it back off and check the oring where its leaking. put some lube on the oring also.

put some teflon tape on the treads that will seal it off. I used it on my cp reg and it works great.
