I aired up my gun and everything went well until it just started leaking out of the soleinoid. It was beccause the Cylinder end cap was not tightened down all the way causing the bolt to come to far back. If anyone here is having trouble with a leak in your Promaster please post because others may have had the same problem and can tell you how to fix them

What you have described will have no effect on the solenoid leaking. The design of the ram housing doesnt get effected by the back travel of the ram piston, unless the ProMasters Ram assembly has changed from my B2K5's ram assembly. I will have to look at them a little closer to see but I believe they are identical.

It was odd. But I heard someone saying how the ram cap (called cylinder end cap in manual) affects how far back the bolt is going. Because there is a spring inside. We tried everything else and as soon as we tightened it down the leaking stopped. weird....

The ram assembly is VERY different from the b2k4

You are correct. The ram assembly in the B2K4 is nothing like the ram in a ProMaster.
I however believe the ProMasters ram is identical to my B2K5's ram assembly. There were 7 B2K5's made state side. These markers were the proto-type markers that the ProMaster is now based on. This leads to the above statement.

I'll be buying a ProMaster here in a week or 2 and really the only bad thing I have heard about is FSDO. As far as I've heard, a lot say it comes from the stock inline regulator. Does anyone know for sure?

I myself have had no FSDO, right after I got it I slapped my CP reg on it without even trying the stock reg. Im guessing thats what could be causing it.
