gauge/pressure question

Hi ya'll...I was wondering what was going on with my gauge and pressure with my pure energy tank and imp. I find that when i rapid fire my gauge read 5-10psi lower than my original pressure that I would set it at. Then after firing the gauge goes back to the original pressure after a few seconds. So, I was wondering if this is due to maybe a poor recharge rate or if the gauge is just slow to read. I don't really notice my balls dropping off or anything. So does anyone know whats going on? I suppose if i don't notice any drop offs with the balls i shouldn't worry so much, but I just wanted to know.

First thing you'll need to do is establish proper input pressure and dwell settings. You'll need to get your hands on a chrono to do this.
After setting your input pressure to 180 psi adjust your dwell so that you're getting 280 f.p.s. from the chrono.
See if this doesn't fix this for ya. ;)

yeah. killer is right (whats new). I have the same problem because im too lazy to mess it my dwell setting. Im going to fix it this weekend.

5-10 psi drop off is not bad at all. I have seen Impulses with some tanks drop off like 30 psi. Your Impulse should be fine. Readjust you pressure to 180 and your dwell to get 280 fps. You will get a some drop off. If you get more than 10 try cleaning you Max Flo. The Pure Energy tank is a great tank. It also works great with the Impulse so you shouldn't have to worry about that.
