syper pilot v.s diablo wrath!!!!?

ok i wanted to get the syder pilot-i am a front man...and my friend said for me to get the wrath but it seems the syper is better for me to get cuz i am a front man so idk...help me

wrath is much better.the spyder is a blowback.you might also want to look into the ion.

id look into an ion. they seem to have a lot less problems than a wraith. i havent shot a wriath but ive seen them go down quite a bit. thats when i bust out one of my guns and hand it to the awe struck noob

They did the Promaster. Ion is cheaper than a promaster out of the box by about$155 because you have to buy an asa for the promaster.

trust me dotn get a spyder get the wrath or ion for practically same price
and dont look at the rating systems spyders got higher than some high end guns does that meen there better not quite

ahem... anyways, I would definitely recomend getting a high end gun, the Promaster, the ION and the B2K are all good options, you could also buy a cheap Spyder and modify it to be an electro-pneumatic, but you probably don't have the technical know-how so I would have to reccomend against this course of action.

In the end it's all about opinion, if you are really enamoured of the inferior (compared to the other options presented) Pilot then go right ahead, but don't say we didn't warn you.

please dont get the spyder.in the newest pb2x it showed team strange winning some tourney shooting ions.thats a big deal.the promaster is basically a cheaper defiant(or so ive heard)and it is a little above the head of the ion.the ion is THE bang for the buck gun.it owns all blowbacks(except maybe f2f4s)

I used to own a Pilot ACS. If your looking at playing tournaments, then don't buy a Spyder. I played a tournament with my Spyder. It was horrible. In fact that day, everyone on my team was using Spyders. In one incident, we lost a game becasue of them, as all three of us had marker failures at the same point in time, in the game. Our team then played a tournament using all Ions. Not one single marker problem. The Wrath seems like a decent marker, but there isn't a lot of hype about it. Personally, I wouldn't want to buy a marker from a company such as Diablo, when the only other markers they have made were Mongoose's. Smart Parts has a very long history of making high-end markers. They know what works and what doesn't. There is a lot of hype around Ions. There are quite a few upgrades for them already, when there is few available for Wrath's. As for the Promaster, well, I've heard ICD's Paintball Detection System sucks (PDS) so I don't really know what to think of the Promaster. So look into those two markers. The Ion and Spyder are in different classes. The Pilot is better in it's class then the Ion is in it's class. That's why the Pilot has a higher rating. Hope I could help.

Your a front so the ion is perfect for you. Very lightweight, doesnt have a whole lot of problems, ep, has good eyes, good/decent reg, decent barrel, fast. Even the promaster is a really great gun. I would choose the promaster over the ion but it is more expensive, although it is supposed to come down in price soon by about 30$ (apparently. NO guarantee) I would choose the promaster but if you dont got the money of if you just like the ION better than get that. Ion vs wrath anyday though because its fully ep unlike the wrath which is only blowforward. It relies on a spring to bring the bolt back to a cocked position.

the ion is a good choise, but you will be selling it to get something better latter on. mainly becasue ion has no boards out for it and there aren't going to be any new ones anytime soon. if you're going to spend that kind of money then drop an extra 50-100 for something that you can actually stick new boards in to keep up with other higher end markers. i recommend the promaster or a used angel 04 speed, angel A4, an impulse or B2K.

Don't believe the nonsense about the ION not having enough speed, 17 bps is plenty fast for any type of game, unless Lasoya is playing against you and he promised to head-bunker you with a half-dozen shots, but that isn't likely... ;) .

Take a look at your options in the High-End Electro section and see what appeals to you, and if it's got good reviews and you like it, then buy it.

Well I have A Spyder Pilot acs With 25 gram switch and it rips, i play backman and i only paid 270, I have a hlo b w/rip on my pilot acs and it shoots good enough for me but its reali up to wut u want to get cuz its ur money.

Everybody underestimates the wrath. People dis it and dont even have it. 99% of people who say its not very good have either never heard of it or never shot it. Give it a chance. Just cause its diablo doesnt mean its bad. Thats like saying the honda s2000 isnt as good as a bmw z4. Sure bmw is a more populer name and is nown to have goood cars but does that make the z4 better no. The s2000 is.

go to a paintball store and try some things out when i got my gun i tried out several high end guns but i didn't like them and i could work better with the spyder because thats what ive been using forever, just get what ever gun works the best for you, which will most likely be an ion or wrath. But no one else can tell you what gun you will be the best with

1st of all get what ever gun you like best, but here are some some tips on what not to get. bushmaster, promaster or any other ICD gun. 2 people on my team bot B2K4s and both had electrical problems by the second time they used them. one has been sent back to ICD for repairs twice and still doesnt work. from what iv heard from ICD owners about all of their guns (except some freestyles) are crap. i dont know about the ion, for a while i was thinking about getting one but i was talking to a friend that has a job reparing guns and hes had people bringing him ions by the ton, but at leadt they are cheap, and last of all spyders are fine tourny guns, i just got back from a tourny in which we got 4th place out of 16 teams some of which were simi pro. I was beating people with DM4s and impulses with my pilot, what it really comes down to is the player, if your good enough it wont matter what gun you use as long as it shoots (and spyders are reliable)
