Yesterday I decided to get out my Excellerator 4.0 and go play around with it. I go to attach my tank and it starts leaking air everywhere! I got it for Christmas so its not that old. I took it apart and then put it back together after oiling it thinking it was something inside...i tried again and it did the same thing. I unscrewed the part under the barrel and replaced the o-ring on it, and the o-ring on the tank but its still leaking. I cant figure out where exactly its leaking at but i think its from the part under the barrel. :yell: I just wana throw it across the room. Can anyone please help me?

I dont think it has anything to do with any of that..It feels like the air is coming out from where the Volumizer is.

If it is coming out of the volumize, you will need to put a tank o-ring (white) in there. The black one is most likely bad. I had the same problem and replacing it with another black o-ring and it didn't help. So I put the tank o-ring in and it fix the problem. One thing that cause the leak is the thread on the body is very sharp and cuts the o-ring as you put it in. The tank o-ring doesn't cut that easily. You might also want to put some grease on the o-ring before you put it in. Also, put some taflon tape on the thread.
Let me know if you have more problem. I will most likely know the answer since I been through most of the ****.

Actuly I did that and it still shot out air but i also think I found out where it was leaking from...I screwed in the tank and tons of air shot out of where the Regulator Adjuster screw is. Im guessing i blew and o-ring in there...that would explain why the Air Adapter is freezing when I unscrewed it the other night and the Volumizer wasnt...If you think that is it..then my question is where can i get that little of o-rings?

The adjuster has a copper plate in the inside. You might have demage that small copper plate by over tighting the screw. If you find an oring in there, you might be able to find one at a hardware store. If you cann't, I have the number for JT where you can order a replace. It won't be cheap because of the shipping.
I would go another direction to fix this. Since the screw is mostly useless, I would just put some lock tight on it. After you get the screw all the way in, just back it out two complete turns. That should give you enough flow.
