a couple of weeks ago me and one of our friends were sitin arond waiting on the people to get redy when the owner was goin to get somthin he was in a hurry and backed up over our hoppersand he said he would replace them but its been two weeks and he hasnt called

This said, why were your hoppers on the ground, least of all behind the wheels of a vehicle?

If you want my opinion, I think you deserve it for being irresponsable. However, if you are so deeply affected by this, go to the owner and remind him of his promise; without any written or otherwise recorded statement however, that is all you can do.
