barrels... one piece/ two pieces

is there a difference between them? does the two peices have an advantage over one pieces?

Two piece barrels are stepped bore. For example, lets say the back piece of a CP barrel (two piece) is .689 the front piece is going to be .700 which is a stepped bore barrel. The front piece is suppose to be control the ball on where its suppose to go which is why the bore size is so big.
