Actulally thats a common misconception. The nitro theat people put in their cars and the nitro that people put in their markers are completely diffrent. Anyway you get compressed air, not nitro, in you tank almost all of the time.
As for the advantages, CO2 is a liquid where compressed air is a gas. So when liquid CO2 gets into your gun it causes vilocity spikes and makes your marker less accurate. Now normaly the CO2 has time to change into a gas before it gets in you marker but if you shoot fast the CO2 will enter you gun as a liquid and can freeze up you marker and mess it up pretty bad.

Co2 is A cheap air source and pretty inefficient and can spike and drop Depending on climate, AIR or Nitrogen Is consistant and better for your gun..

1- hpa (nitro, compressed air, but never nitros) does not go into your car. Its something completely different.
2- hpa is more consistent and it wont screw up your gun or freeze o-rings
Be nice now tippy
Edit: nvm you edited it

First off i would like to point out that it is Nitrogen, not nitrous. But anyway, nirogen(also calleed compressed air) is better for high end guns because it is always a gas, so it will not freeze your gun. compressed Co2 is a liquid and is very cold, thus leading high end(faster shooting) guns to literally freeze up and stop shooting. NItrogen is also at a much higher pressure (3000-5000psi vs co2's appx. 1000psi) making the marker more consistant.

pssf to both of you....nevermind:( :dodgy:
HPA is also way more expensive. Or the tanks are anyway. Check the stickies in the air systems forum and ask any further questions in there. Uziel can help you. He always has the perfect answer.;)
