Yes the Gen-X will (i recomend Vigilante) screw right in where your forgrip is currently located. Noy sur about the DF buy this tank does not screw in, such as a normal CO2 tank, it requires 2 screws to put on the drop forward. You'll need an adapter to fit this on a spyder, seeing as kingman was totally retarded not giving it standard hole settings. Don't waste your money putting this on a shutter, the shutter is simply not worth it.

Why am I seeing an increase in people with Spyders looking at buying 'geddons or Max flows or angel A.I.Rs? Seriously, that tank in the picture, for an 88ci is gonna cost about 500 dollars. Buy a screw in nitro tank, that will go directly into your ASA, does not need a special cradle, and doesnt cost twice as much as your gun does...
Paintkiller, you REALLY do not need that tank on your shutter, and you'd be insane to buy it. If you're looking for an inexpensive tank that will perform really well for you, take a look at the PMI Pure Energy, or something from Crossfire, dont give much throught to 4.5K adjustable tanks, that would be overkill on a shutter

I have a Brass Eagle Talon and I'm looking into getting a nitro tank for it. I mean those little cartridges just don't cut it for me anymore :(. Maybe... after I get a nitro tank, I could get a 12V Revolution hopper and one of them slam pods! Then I could send it to get it custom milled and annoed. After all that, I'm gonna get a super duper ultra light better than Charlie Kim's trigger job on it. THEN I'm gonna get a DYE .45 grip frame, along with some strickies. And I'm also looking into getting a boomstick for it cause every time I play balls seem like they are curving a bit. Oh wait, I just checked the site, I can't screw boomstick in my talon. Oh well, little duck tape oughta fix it. Also, how would I go about installing a regulator on it? Should I just like drill a hole in it and stick it in? Will that work?
:D:D

If youe going to spend all this money on a tank maybe you should no a little bit more bout what your doing first. Not being critical, just talking from experience. Know what your buying and what youll need before you buy it

you seem to be missing the point, it's a 230 dollar gun, not worth of a good nitro set up, get a bushmaster, those need nitro, the shutter doesn't, get a mag, those need nitro, shutters don't. PArdon me but i think you want a nitro tank just to be able to say you own one

You can get a Automag for $250. Does that mean I shouldn't buy a Nitro tank for it? I don't think so!
Don't tell people they can't get nitro for there gun because their gun is cheap. Nitro is a awsome upgrade for all guns and you can get a tank for under a $100 bucks.

never said that now did i smart ***? i said don't get a 400 dollar nitro setup for a gun that runs fine on a 200 dollar setup, best tank/preformance is AGD flatline, awesome tank, i can see putting that on a spyder, not a maxy

Sorry, I'm not trying to be a smart @$$ and I agree that a $400 maxflow system is too much money to be spent on a syder when there are more cost effetive alternatives.
But I like to think long term. If you want a kick @$$ nitro system and have the money for it, buy it. Even if its only for a spyder because later on, if you upgrade to a higher end gun, you have a kick @$$ nitro system to stick on it.
Thats just my line of thinking!

My nitro setup cost about $250 (the tank on the gun is not the tank that I have)

What? I'm not joking. Revvy for a talon is a must! And I do need that nitro tank cause I really waste air on hot days due to the fact that my talon came with an air conditioner built it (it's blowing air out of it... sooooo cool and refreshing) so if I wanna stay cool during the summer I gotta get me a bigger tank.

Hey Freak, if you want to get your talon anodized, I know a shop that specializes in custom talons. It's not cheap, but its soooo worth it!
Freakazoid
04-05-2001, 03:05 PM
Well, sure! I wanna have one of those "windows" put in so I can show off my polished internals, and I want to have a hole milled for a regulator. I just ordered a nitro tank for it and a cradle. Let's hope it works!

Why diddent you just get a spyder?
Freakazoid
04-05-2001, 04:11 PM
Uh why would I? I mean Brass Eagle is know for their tourney-ready-out-of-the-box-no-upgrades-required-super-duper-strong guns. And plus I would choose a pump over a cocker or any electro anyday. I can get way more shots off with a pump.
Mission540
04-05-2001, 04:49 PM
O'Hell Ya! And even if you want an electro set up, ELCD is making their electro frames for talons now. You get the best of both worlds.

Ok stop with the b.s I had a talon as my forst marker.
And puting a barrel on it.
YEAH RIGHT.
Talons dont shoot that far.
I got a secret to make them go farther

Uh PaintKiller... I DID tape boomstick on it yesterday when it came. My tank will be here tommorow and I sent the body in for milling and anodizing to the place Mission told me about. It's little over $300 but it's well worth it. I can take on any gun at any turmey with my Talon.

Oh my God dude. I have DYE BoomStick 14" on my Brass Eagle Talon, along with AA Vigilante Reg (going to be put in after milling is done) And I DO have a nitro tank (ordered one). And I will have it anodized.

04-05-2001, 08:52 PM
Milled even worst here is what you can do.
Take a nife and mill it ya self.
LOL
Nah its ya marker you do what you want to do with it its not my problem.
But that hole revvy thing you can shoot that fast that you need one?
PaintKiller
04-05-2001, 08:53 PM

UGHH I hate when people say it.
DODODO do dode dudde doo dodo dudde poop e
Freakazoid
04-06-2001, 01:44 PM
Yes, I can shoot way faster than a revvy. I just took my Talon out to field yesterday, and I chopped paint like crazy WITH revvy on it, so I put a blender rotors and motor in it, works fine now. My tank came too, it doesn't fit on my Talon so I threw it away. It was just $300 anyway. And I did not say dood, I said dude..

Ok, I thought it was all a big joke, but you're apparently either retarded or just one of those drooling idiot kids. If you're a fully functional kid (no mental diseases or any mental challenges) and you did not figure out that I was just being sarcastic about you buying a nitro tank for your shutter, then you have a problem, and I suggest you go visit your "pycohystorist."
As for me being a paintball eating newbie... First off all, I've seen you post on this forum, and I've seen what kind of questions you post, and I can guarantee you that I know more than you about the sport. And I won't even mention your spelling/typing/grammar skills.
Thank you, that is all.
