This is the last time Ill post this.....

I have a Topic that I need explained to me and hopefully you guys can help...I would have put this in the cocker forum but no one ever answers questions in there..so please dont move this.....

I have just bought a 2001 cocker. I have a 68ci PMI Energy steel tank. I am thinking about upgrading the reg in the future. I have seen all the talk about the regs. Looks like Ill be leaning towards the vigilante. Or do I even need an aftermarket on? Ok,,heres the question...What do you want the pressure to be in certain places and why.....

1. The pressure from the tank. What do you want it on and why?

2. What pressure do you want the forgrip reg to be on and why?

3. What do you want the pressure to be in the inline reg or the reg up front and why?

Id like to make the gun low pressure enough to shoot brittle balls,,but also be efficient!!!!

I am new to this cocker,,so I dont know what, where, and why pressure needs to be in certain places. I guess theres 3 places for pressure, I dont know what to put it on or how..or when I get it there how will I know...Does this all make since,,,i hope...thanks

Whatever pressure your cocker is supposed to run at, is the rpessure you set the last reg going into your gun at. Any and all regs before the last reg to go into your gun are unimportant as to what the pressure is, just make sure the one going into your gun is done right. Also, all the regs before that ahve to be set at, or higher than the last regs pressure, prefferably higher

Well in all reality you don't need a new reg to go low pressure with you cocker some poeple buy new regs because with a Drop Forward sometimes the wgp reg mounts funny or the hose has to be laid out nasty because of the fact that the wgp reg has the hose coming directly out of the bottom. But there is no need for a different reg I believe the reg is adjustable from like 800 to 200 and most low pressure guns down't drop any lower than 200 when you are talking about cockers. And efficiency is achieved by having a barrel with very little porting and a good paint match. if you want to run low pressure buy a LP chamber and new spring and drop the pressure all you want however if you are unfamiliar with your cocker take it to someone who knows what they are doing.....it's kinda hard to screw up putting a reg on but I am sure someone will find a way....
