theres a small air leak comming out of the front of the valve cap on my imp, is this someting to worry about?

Is it coming out of the plug? If so, removie it, and put some teflon tape/loctite on it.

there is already some loctite on it (the red stuff) and still its leaking :confused:

Try putting teflon tape/loctite on it again.
Or is it coming from the pressure relief valve?

He said a small leak, so its probably not the PRV (brass thing on your vertical ASA).
Check the oring located above the threads that screw into the body on the cap.

or is it just coming from the valve cap itself? take it off and replace the o-ring. what is your input pressure?

EDIT: btw, I think your sig is too long, its supposed to be 12 lines max.

my input pressure is 180 psi, and it still leaks, i guess sp didnt put enough loctite on the screw :(
