Hello, my friend has left me with his BKO 2004 to fix for him because he doesn't know how to maintain such a high end marker.

When I first got it it didn't leak from the noid, it leaked from the HPR. So I took the reg off and but a little bit of white lithium grease on the O-ring.

After that I put the reg back on, dry fired a few times. And the noid started leaking.

It's very weird, I backed the LPR all the way out and it didn't leak, then I slowly added pressure and it cannot hold any pressure.

The noid still cycles but I can't stop it from venting air.
I'm guessing the qev in the noid isn't holding pressure.

Sorry, for not being able to describe this that well, I'm a cocker guy myself. I'm just fixing this for him so I can sell it because he owes me $50.

well here is my suggestion. I had problems like this with my b2k4. Try taking off the stock reg and putting a different reg on it and that might solve all the problems. My gun leaked from the reg, noid, and it had a very bad recharge rate. I bought a torpedo reg for cheap and all my problems were fixed.

Ok I'll swap it for my cockers 2-liter.

Screw the solenoid screws on more. If they are over tightened then loosen them a bit.

Something to try out that helped for me was taking off the lpr and cleaning the internals including the housing of the lpr. lube the o-ring, then wipe it clean again and reassemble.

If theres too much lube in the lpr, that white piece cant move freely causing it to get stuck and making the noid leak from over pressurization.. The noid is suppose to leak at pressures above 125.

A way to test, is to lower the pressure of your hpr, noting the pressure reading. The leak should stop when you go below 125.

i hope this helps.

be sure to check the noid itself and the tubing.

Haha, I would if I could get to it. The grip frame wont come off!

I can't find any allen wrenches that fit the 4 grip frame screws that hold the grip frame to the body of the gun.

Ace hardware doesn't have anything that comes close to fitting, and none of my allen wrenches work.
