Isnead of the guns internals moving backward, they move forward.
Can you explain a little more?

A blow foreward is different from a blow back. The bolt starts out in the foreward position, and moves back when the trigger is pulled, and back when the CO2 is released.

The bolt starts out back and is blown forward. When it its all the way forward, the air is released through it and the paintball shoots out of the gun. A spring pushes the bolt back when the air pressure stops.

That diagram would be a blow back gun, not a blow forward.

no, i was going to correct you the first time you said that. ds613 is right. its a blow FORWARD, its starts in the back position and is blown forward (not released forward like a blowback) . . . the diagram is of a blow forward, like a mag.
Can you get a diagram like that for a blow back?

Open bolt blow forward:
Bolt is at rest in the open position.
Trigger is pulled, valve is opened, bolt is propelled forward by the air from the valve.
Bolt fully closes, air pushes out ball.
Main spring returns bolt to the open resting position.
Repeat.
Closed bolt:
Bolt is at rest in the closed position.
Trigger is pulled, hammer smacks valve pin, air pushes ball out.
Something pulls back the bolt, and resets the hammer. (can be A/C pneumatics or pump rod, or something else)
Something closes just the bolt.
Repeat.

Most are rather different and I don't feel like getting into them.
