It's roughly that size. I had one left from the last giveaway and my little brother's Yu Gi Oh ruler that only shows cm.

Well, I've heard that it is unsafe to fill co2 tanks with stickers on them because they might be covering a scratch or dent that could make the tank dangerous, but my tank has 5 or 6 stickers on it and nobody has refused me a fill yet.
