Noise level of the PT Extreme

compared to a pump gun (a cheap one like a brass eagle) how quiet is the PT Extreme?

Im looking for something quiet and small to use as a back up.

It is a good, small, and reliable backup.
But its not really quiet.
Its only very slightly quieter than my Tippmann98 with the bigshot.

My PTX is ratehr quiet, and i have only done a detante mod to it. its definitly not as loud as my Pro/Carbine (which i have for sale btw..... look for it in the traders section)

To tell you the truth, no pistols are really quiet.
They werent designed with that in mind.

True, you won't really find a quiet paint pistol. None of their barrels have porting to help diffuse the sound.
