What is this Stuff?

I am working with this "material" it is super strong and super light, I dunno what it is. Any guesses?

As you can see it has a "Carbon Fiber" type look, but there is a hologram type look too. What does this have to do with paintball? Well the simple fact that I am using it to build some parts. Any help is wanted. No flaming!
EDIT: GIVE ME YOUR BEST IDEA FOR A NAME FOR THIS MATERIAL. Something professional sounding, that doesn't exist.

It is low res, It is kinda reflective with the hologram surface, but I was hoping someone could tell me, or at least give me a name to use, I am making and Ion body with it.

Looks alot like the tiger shark bolt for spyders, which are made out of nylatron. So nylatron would be my guess, but better pics would be very helpful in figuring out what this stuff is.

Get a better picture! I hate it when people submit a high res picture that has the focus of the big foot footage and than complain when 10 post go by without a positive ID. Bloody think for once! Its a digital camera, it takes 1 second to take a new picture, and theres also a button that with a flower symbol you ever see that? its called macro mode, use it!
