I am looking to get a new tournament gun. I have an STO at the moment. I just would like to get some info from angel users. Why angels if their accuracy is as bad as people say. Is this just the operator? I mean for 1600 for the new IR3 you would expect it to be accurate. Is the accuracy really that much different from a cocker?

I would love to know who started this myth that Angels are not accurate. I have two and both are dead on. Just don't fan the trigger, because fanning by nature is inaccurate.

the only time i see angels have bad accuracy is the users fault. they try to turn the ROF way up and rip on the trigger, chop balls, get the barrel all dirty and curve balls all over. those who keep their ROF at a reasonable rate and have a good paint/barrel match are very accurate.

Thanks guys. I was woundering why pros all over the world would use them if they were not accurate. I would deffinatly get a freak. I dont think I would be fanning the trigger very much if at all, but could see how that would make for inaccuarcy with the gun goin all over the place. So what do you angel users think of the IR3? Frame is a little different but the features seem worth while.

I shot a cobra mamba angel for 2 games today. The speed and ease of firing was impressive, but as far as the accuracy went compaired to my cocker I am not so sure. It had a freak barrel and angel AIR. I can see an angel being good for tournament play, but as far as rec ball goes I dont think they are that good.(from my short experiance). I still plan on getting one but know I am at the decision part. Should I just go with a 2k1 C&C or are the new features on the IR3 worth the money?
