i was wondering how much inches there are between the starting of the barrel (threads) to the porting. like is there 6 " inches or what ever for good efficency on a 12 inch one piece stiffy. also is there any difference in that number when switching the 12 inch to the 14 inch. last is that number the same as on the stiffi switch as opposed to the one peice.

unless the design of the porting has changed... its just these triangle type shapes cut out towards the front of the barrel. So id say about 1 1/2" to 2" before end of the barrel. between the lengths 14 is generally better, best size in barrel length. Still allows u to press in on air bunkers, not be too long or get in the way and i find 14" barrels to shoot better then 12's
