Im looking for a new gun and was thinking the omen 2.0. Now hows the kick, shots per tank, weight, and over all reliabilty of the 2.0?

Thanks

vey reliable, gas hog only when dry firing, slight kick, 2.6 lbs, about average shots per tank, 25 balls per second rof, closed bolt function(so really accurate) you cant find a better gun for 200 bucks around this! i think the only one that comes close would be the superstock autococker, its prolly equal or a tiny bit better than this, but its like 560bucks welcome to the evil family. buy an omen 2.0

Is it lighter and have less kick than a blow-back spyder? And how easy are they to set up and operate?

all guns have less kick then a blowback so you wont have to worry about that. I dont know about the weight though. It would only be a little heavier if anything and if you are gonna complain about less then 1/2 a pound you need to either A) quit paintball or B) go to a gym.

the omen is a blowback + it has lots of cycling mass with that back block. the omen has just as much kick as any other blowback spyder. however it is smaller than most spyders and comes with an great feedneck, barrel and reg outta the box. the reliability is OK but omens can have some issues with recocking pressure.

See I have a 2 silver bullet LCDs. So if I buy a omen 2.0 its really only more accurate and never chops....... cause I want something lighter than a silver bullet but I dont want to give in to smart parts and get a ion. I wish it were light weight.

the omen is a good marker. it won't be any more accurate than the silver bullet becasue accuracy is all in your paint to bore match. the omen is light weight. if it's under 3lbs then it light in my book.

i was wrong about the omen's kick. the back block has a dampening afect on the kick as can be seen in this video. http://www.snoodler.com/movies/omenvideo.wmv
