alright my friend is about to have around $300 give or take a litte and he is lookin for a new gun. He is going to sell his 98c but not the tank or mask. he was lookin at maybe a a5 or ion. anyone got any suggestions on a gun around 300?

Assuming that he is running CO2 on his 98, he should sell that tank as well, CO2 hurts the internals of many guns, except a Tippmann, anyways. Unless he gets and anti-siphon, which would reduce the risk of internal damage, or completely get rid of it, I can't remember. Anyways, getting something other then CO2 will help him in the long run, because most higher-end guns run better on it anyways. He can go for an Ion or Wrath, or if he saves up more, he can get a Promaster or a BKO. He should try the guns, if at all possible. I personally like the Ion over the Wrath, but I'm biased, because I've never shot a Wrath. Once he shoots them, which ever one he likes, he can buy. :)

ION. Hate to say it, but American quality is just to expensive to buy these days (A-5). The ION has the pontential to be fantastic. Unfortunately, Ive already maxed out my A-5, and the ION will soon top it with just a couple upgrades.

everybodys gonna flame me for this one, but whats wrong with considering a pirahna evo? i've had an evo for almost a year now and absolutely love it. and with the t-board coming out for pirahnas i cant see why not to purchase one. does the ion have ace (anti chop eyes). {that question sounds real stupid, i honestly have never dealt with an ion, so i dont know}. pirahnas are built like tanks. thats my two cents. that is all.
