NEED FOR SPEED!

i need some advice on how to improve my non electro trigger speed, i'm going to a real big new park this weekend and i need more speed. Should i tradein my spyder benchy triggerframe for a mag double triggerframe? would a set of powertube spacers help? are their any excersizes i could do to help?

nothing you can do maybe if you had more prep time you might as well just sit back and relax and wait for the weekend ...... rule of thumb never change your setup right before you play...

Thought you used a mag , what's up with the spyder frame... As for trigger, I'm assuming you know this but in case you dont...

Focus on not fanning the trigger. I see alot of people, when they try and fire fast just totally fann their hand around the trigger, taking it off the trigger by as much as an inch and coming back down. That's gonna slow down your ROF alot, because you'll have the added time of moving your finger out an inch, then in an inch before your next shot. Work real hard on keepin your finger tight to the trigger and you'll shoot faster. There's a 99% chance you already knew that though, but that's all the advice I can really offer
