anyone want to give thier views on which marker is better?
In price and performance. I trying to search for the best bargain for an e marker without creating a huge whole in my pocket. Help me out guys

I mean the gameface vexor eye comes stock w/ eye and regulator, and it cost around 170. But I have been reading that sometimes the eyes fail to work. On the other hand, an imagine LED is around 110 which can be upgraded wi T board with eyes around 70 so the total price is around 170. Personally, I don't have an opinion on the matter because I haven't tried these markers.

look around for a used vexor eye and then drop a t board in it. used vexor eye > used imagine. if you cant' find a used vexor eye look around for a used EVO. if you can't find a used vexor or EVO then get an imagine or some other cheap eye-less marker. look at used clones too, like mongooses and EXTs.

The Imagine would be the better choice.

For $63, you can't get much of a better deal, because, really almost all E-blow-backs (Stock) are basically the same. they'll have a little selling feature here, a little feature there, and those are meant to attract people new to the game.

The Vexor Eye and the Imagine are pretty much the same marker, the only difference being the eyes.(Well, only noticable difference) So, if you can put better eyes on the Imagine, while still costing less than the Imagine, doesn't it follow a simple logic that an aftermarket product would be better than a cheap stock part?

You may get better quality board, but at what cost? You'll be getting a refurbished marker, not a new one. This may have cosmetic problems such as dents and scratching. Now you can scrifice the appearance of your marker for a slightly better board (which you will have to install or get installed at around $30), or have a new marker with the nearly all the same feature (except a few intended for more experienced paintballers) for less money.

^LOL. kingman fanboy. stock eyes > AM eyes. have you ever had a marker with aftemarket eyes? do you have any idea what you're talking about? glues in eyes and plastic eyes covers suck. i'd much rather have metal eye covers machined and annoed to match the marker over an AM eye install. unles the T-board gives you G7 "lazer" eyes then stock eyes > AM eye install.

Kingman would only take back a marker if it came with a disfunctional part, so, it wouldn't be used much, so not much wear and tear.

Algernon-Get eye covers, and get them properly installed. That doesnt cost much, plus, The SD are probably better quality.

Not all Spyder clones if I'm correct, some are different. Like, for example, there are Fish T-boards and Kingman T-boards.

get the vexor eye. you can get a refrebed (used) imagine for cheap but you can also pick up just about any other used blowback for a similar price. i'd get a new vexor eye for $130 if i wanted to go new. if i wanted a used marker i'd go for a used EVO or TES/toridx. imagines are OK but there are better markers out there for the money.

In your case, go with the Vexor Eye. You don't seem to know a lot about paintball, so going through the process of buying and installing a T-Board with Eyes, and other ups, would probably only give you a headache. The Vexor Eye will give you a good bang for your buck. It copmes with a rather decent feedneck, a stock reg, (that's probably garbage, but it's better than no reg) Eyes, and a decent board. A stock Vexor Eye would not be as good as a T-Boarded Imagine along with a few other ups, but if you go the way of the Imagine, it will probably be awhile before you actually aquire all the ups. In your case, by picking up both markers, and playing two different games, your performance would most likely not be much different.

also in the end once you got all the up's for the imagine it would cost more than the vexor eye :D

Hey guys your information has been REALLY helpful for me! Can I ask (I posted this in the Hopper section but this seems to be more lively!) which hoppers can fit the Vexor Eye other than GameFaces standard one? If I am going to get an advanced gun like the Vexor Eye... I wish to find a good electronic feeder for it... but I am unsure what is appropriate for the Vexor Eye. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
