Big difference between stock barrel and nickel barrel?

is the nickel barrel for the phantom a big improvement over the stock, or is the accuracy hardly noticeable?

nothing too spectacular... but noticable.

I am also wondering if the Nickel barrel's finish is the same finish as either the "slate" or "silver" finish on the phantom?
