Okay, well you see I just purchased an e2 off of ebay the other day. Well I had also been looking at the ICD Freestyle.
I was just wondering what some opinions are on me keeping the e2 cocker or looking at a freestyle?
Just curious.
Thanks.

Frankly, Freestyle > most E-'Cockers.

Cheez-whiz: Much smoother, faster stock, smaller, lighter, fun as heck to shoot.

Moldy cheese: Require often LPR resets, older models (pre- HE '05) have some of the worst effeciency ratings ever seen on a paintball marker. (750 shots off a 68/4.5k fill, anyone?)

Tofu: Also look at a used Proto or 'Timmy.

Hey, at least it's a good way to get to know the guy running the fill station.

I was at school the other day looking at prices online, and another kid walked up to me and told me "I have that one." while pointing to a freestyle, I had a hard time believing this as this particular kid lies like no other. My suspicions were confirmed when he went into detail about his latest "paintball war" during which he ran out of CO2 (while using said freestyle) and used the built-in backup pump to manually generate the pressure needed to fire the paintballs while under fire  . Did I mention this kid has a tendency to lie ;) ?

Anyways, as I was going to say before I wrote this entertaining little story is that I like the way the freestyle looks, nice and compact with an overall good look; and with a spool-valve operation (it is a spool-valve, right?) it should be a great performer, although my opinion is based on what little I can learn online about high-ends, as I live in an area desolate of paintball stuff, except newbish outlawballers.

Still, that's gotta be annoying. HE bolts ftw.

It isn't too annoying, though, this coming from the kid that played pump throughout the summer.

I never wait for it to empty though, if I see its half or so pressure and I have time I refill.
