PaintballKingdom raised 50 bucks on the price of Sonic Cyborgs, so 06 cyborg should be better for your money.

The 06 looks/sounds like a damn good buy. Only problem is, you'll have to wait for the official release. It won't be out until World Cup, and unless you go to WC or get someone to buy it for you, you'll have to wait even longer.

If you're in a TRUE rush, the Sonic is a DAMN fine gun. You won't regret it. But if you have time to spare, aim for the 06.

Actually borgs are very hard to come by online. Just keep an eye on MacDev's website. Their prices arent too bad and they will probably be one of the first to start selling them. I think paintballkingdom.com is another one of few online retailers or cyborgs.

Paintballkingdom and sakworldpaintball are MacDev dealers, but Paintballkingdom will have more in stock and will be the main dealer in the US.

well the sonic was around 850, the new borg ive seen selling for around 950 and from what i understand it will be way worth 100 more. first off it looks completely new and awsome, its lighter, new thins have made it faster, its smaller, comes stock with nice stuff like clamping feed and stuff, and mac dev says it has "the most powerful electronic baord in paintball", whatever that means, i guess they are trying to say it owns all other baords.

I could also get a regular cyborg for 650, get a tadao board for 120, FBM trigger for 30, CCM clamping feed for 35, sonic bolt for 40-50, and have a nice borg for under 900. Cyborgs are going to be cheaper on online stores when the 06 comes out anyway, so I would have a great "last year's" model and keep it the way I like it, or spend another grand on a paintball marker that has everything that's needed.

The 06 Cyborg is a damn hot gun. I only have two beefs with it: ugly eye covers, they need fades.

Not much I can do about the eye-covers, so mehh...
But once they get some fades going on, and they get a color scheme I like (pref. in gloss) hawt damn I'm sold...I'll buy that 06 Cyborg ASAP.

Damn... it looks great. I'm not sure how they took off some weight though... only has minor milling differences compared to the Sonic.
