Couldn't you get a spyder to tippmann adapter and put a flatline on a Spyder?

Actually, It wouldn't work. Sure you can get Spyder>Tippmann Adapters, but no Tippmann>Spyder adapters, or a least I haven't seen any. The bolt might also cause problems, maybe. But, as far as I know, there are no Spyder to Tippmann (M98) adapters.

I think flatlines are only for Tippmanns and Cockers.

It is possible, but only with some special parts. First of all the flatline breech is about two inches from the bottom of the metal part on the back that lays on top of the M98. To make it work you would need a Spyder->Tippmann barrel adapter. You would then have to make a part that would attatch to your sight rail and have the top part (or a small section of) of an M98. Should you have a Lathe, you could do it relatively easily. I like the idea alot, you wouldn't see another one if playing odds, just take the # of people with spyders that have a lathe and a flatline, probably not very many.

With the cockers, they have to be milled to fit the flatline, and can no longer take any other barrels at all
