What is the quality difference between these two products. I am looking at two different guns from these guys and am not sure if the quality of one company is better than another. Also is one more "Upgradable" than the other?
The two I am looking at are the Evo and the Pilot ACS.

They're both two very good beginner markers, and both can be found pretty well anywhere. I know people with both markers and they're very happy with theirs. As for upgradibility goes, both companies have aftermarket everything. Take a look at the marker specific upgrades section in product reviews and you'll see literaly oodles. If I were you,, I'd read up on reveiws, weigh pros and cons and figure out if you can live with the disadvantages. If you were someone else, maybe flip a coin?

The Piranaha is what you call a Spyder Clone. It has the same design as the Spyders. But, if your going Kingman, Dont get the Pilot ACS. There like, what, $200ish. Just get the refurbished Spyder Imagine from here (http://actionvilage.com) and if you really want one, even though they arent necisary, buy a ACS bolt and just put it in. But the best bet, just get the Imagine and a Fast loader, such as an Eggy II, and you will have a low amount of chops. All Spyders are made the same pretty much, just the more expensive ones have more bells and whistles. The Imagine is pretty much the same as the Electra, but the Imagine dosent have the Rocking Trigger, which is useless anyway. I dont really know anything about Fishies though.

There isn't a whole heck of a lot of difference between PMI and Kingman. It really comes down to what you can find a better deal on. I personally prefer Piranhas over Spyders, but you can find just as many people that feel the opposite.

Imagine is $63, can't go wrong with that...
I'd personally choose Kingman, I like PMI, but, I just like Kingman more, Im not a fanboy, you're just lucky 8807 is gone.

I'll second that. Basically the biggest difference is the PMI's (the newer ones) have a teflon coating on all internals, but beyond that, they're essentially the same. Just buy the marker you like that has the features you want for the least money. I've owned/played with both Spyders and Piranhas, and there really isn't any difference. They are both easily upgradeable. As far as Tippmanns go, I'd say not to get one unless you are sure you like paintball and will play a decent amount. They are a little more complicated in design than Piranhas/Spyders. They may have a better reputation for durability/quality/low-maintenance, but they are quite a bit more expensive, are more durable than other markers by a relatively small margin, and my PMI Black Maxx, in its stock incarnation, was every bit as accurate, durable, and low maintenance (I hardly, if ever oiled it) as my Tippmann A-5 in stock form. Until you get into upgrades, which are expensive as well, you don't really get any added benefit, except for the cyclone feed. So despite being a $50 (or less) marker, my stock Black Maxx offered pretty much the same performance, for about 20% the money. That means the A-5 costs 80%, or $200 more, yet delivers extremely similar, if not, dare I say, identical performance. But enough of my ranting. Just decide what fits your wants and needs best, for the best price. That is how capitalism works, right?
I bid you adieu.
NOTE: This is coming from a PMI/Tippmann fan.
it really does just all come down to personal prefernece despite the fact that the spyders look alot better piranha have better consistent performance everyone i no that has a spyder complains about it every month or so because it brakes on them and never hear much complaint from piranha owners

Is the Electronic Eye on the PMI worth the price? I think that is one of the harder decisions for me. If not, I love the looks of the Pilot ACS... The PMI doesn't have as much flare, but the electronic eye is pretty interesting to me.

If you're looking at pmi guns w/ eyes. I'd just get a refurbed imagine and a t-board w/ eyes.

Spyder's are Piranha clones. Oh, and good choice on the Ion, airedale.

ION's are probably the best buy right now, if you want a Spyder clone still then I would go with the Vexor Eye, but the ION beats every low-end marker hands down.

Get a (Kingman) Spyder Imagine 04/05 whatever, and up the hell out of it as you get better thats what I did and am still doing.

Evo between the 2. But I'd get a used wrath or ion over both any day.

:dodgy: If you had said that from the start, everyone including myself would have recommended the Ion. I just assumed you were using CO2, lol. But yeah, if you're using HPA, the Ion is teh one, hands down. Good choice.

Why in the world would anyone buy a blowback marker for $200 when barely used Ions sell on Ebay everday for that? Blowbacks aren't awful, but their only major advantages are that they are easy to maintain and cheap to buy. Even upping an Imagine doesn't make much sense. $63 for gun plus $70 for Tboard with eyes plus $40 for low pressure regulator (with a DIY low pressure conversion) and $40 for a decent barrel comes out to $213. For the same money, you could have all the performance of that package with less kick and less weight. Stock vs. Stock blowbacks make sense, but not at the higher levels of performance.

Because people can run blowbacks on plain ol' Co2 tanks and are scared of having to perform maintnence on an Ion.
The Ion wil take A/S Co2 of course, but it doesn't like it.

Co2 isn't much of a problem since he uses co2, and whoever said Evo should be slapped.
