I know this would not be a very popular mod for speed ball fields, but what I would realy like to see is a GTA kit for an A-5 that would put a button or rather a second trigger on the front grip that let you switch from full auto to semi with out having to change the mode your marker was in. So if you wanted to lay some cover fire for somone to move all you would have to do is depress and hold down the button on the front grip and you would have full auto untill you release the button. If you think about it, this mod would actualy pay for itself over time with the paint you save from not walking 15 bps when you realy don't need to.

I know the double finger trigger has become very popular, but I realy dont care for the feeling of it. I think a lot of woodballers looking for just a little more fire power would realy buy these things.

Sorry, but full auto is not permitted in most areas, but yes, it would be nice.

its kind of pointless, having two triggers. if you want semi while your on auto. push the trigger once and dont hold it down.

Use turbo mode. Basically f/a when you need it and semi auto when you need that.

with almost all field insurrance carriers requiring semi-only or moderate ramping, i doubt Tippmann will make any "GTA" kit that leaves the marker not field legal. it would not terribly difficult to make one yourself though should you so desire.

Anyway, the reason the modes are hard to change is to make the E-grip tourny legal. Use Turbo mode if semi/F-A is wanted.

Spy- I'm thinking about putting an Ebolt on my A5. I can get one for 120 on Ebay. Do you think it's possible? I want someone's approval before I buy it and start the project.

I honestly don't know, and I haven't even considered it. I guess I'll look into that.

I started out by saying that it would not be popular at speed ball fields. I am talking about outback woodballers. The majority of paintball players. No comercial field, no insurance just a bunch of guys in the woods playing paintball.

That turbo mode is nice but I find that I still go through too much paint with it. I would like to be able to turn full auto on and off without all the hastle.

If tippmann were to make it im sure they would throw in a disable feature under the grip that would make it field legal.

eh why not just add a simple togel switch like on any real gun that allows you to switch between semi, 3 round burst full auto easealy. I know i know some would then be abkle to switch to full auto on a field that don't allow it. But you could easealy add a locking mecinisium to the switch so you need a allan key to unlock it. Simple easya nd effective
