VSC Phantom w/bottom line

I have thought about trying pump and getting a Phantom. Anywhere I can get one for a good deal? Preferably bottom line style stock-class, but I'll look at anything.

i have one phantom,, a silver one, the first one i ever got and will always keep. I built up the other black one. THe orange one is my friends, and he traded that off for a impulse package. And the traccer, i bought it on the side.. just wanted something to do.:)
