i have a pro carbine. for me to be able to run a reg i have to buy a vert adapter kit( $40) and then a reg ($50) is it worth $90 to run a regulator?

20$ for a vertical adapter I think..you don't need the kit.

If you want to run HPA/Nitro you need a regulator.

Yes it i worth it. But you can start with just the tank if you wish. The reg will help to further improve your preformance.
