Hey,
Well Today I was going to go play some speedball and before I headed out I cleaned my mask, then I got a idea..I heard something about stopping your mirrors thats in ur bathroom...like after u get outta the shower its some times fogged up, well i heard that if u put shaving cream on it and rubb it on..it will stop fogging up well i did this with my goggles and it actually worked...by the way my mask is one of those cheap walmart jt spectra one's..I was suprised because my mask usually fogs up alot and it didnt, i dont think it weakens the goggles but i dont reali know..so keep in mind that..i doubt it does though..:)

A: Spit in goggles and rub it around

B: Buy FOGTECH and use it

C: Install a barn fan in mask and use it

D: Get some good anti-fog mask system

It's generally not a good idea to go around rubbing chemicals and household products that come in a can on your lense. It can eat it away.

especially on a walmart maskWalmart doesn't make that mask, JT does.

The fan idea is probably the coolest idea (not the best, since it takes time & money).
Did that to my profiler (http://www.*******s.com/nerd_core/profilerfanmod.htm) and skul (http://www.*******s.com/nerd_core/skulfanmod.htm). << those are links!

 dishsoap does the same thing, too.
Smear dab on clean cloth
Rub cloth on lense
Dry off with another clean cloth
Put mask on
Smells good (depending on what dishsoap you use)

You can also use Murphy's Oil Soap. Works pretty good and good for cleaning off paint.
A potato and windex. Spray on Windex and wipe with potato. Works alright.

At least while you're playing you can get a buzz off of the aerosol fumes.

Another trick that's alwaysworked for e is carrots. Slice up a carrot and rub it all over your lens.

That or krylon spraypaint. Once you wipe it off (if comes right off) your lens will never fog again.

I stuck a computer fan in mine and it worked awsome and cooled me off at the same time.

Most of you people who put on foreign chemicals (windex and other soaps and assorted sprays not meant for lenses) do not realize that your lens can and will break and/or deteriorate from these chemicals. My friend sprayed his proflex lens with windex and it created a massive fog on the lens, and it started to spyder and essentially ruined it. If he still has the lens I will get pictures for all of you. It says it right in the manual, and if you use it and get shot in the eye because your lens breaks, you cannot sue them.
