Gladiator Reg and FMD with Micro Rock?

I'm looking to upgrade my Bushmaster. I just ordered a Vapor valve, and am happy with barrel and trigger frame. The two things I'm looking at are the Gladiator reg and the Vapor FMD adapter with a Micro Rock. Are they really worth the money, and what do they do?

if you have consistancy problems the gladiator will help that a lot
and the micro rock will help with shootdown and have better performance than the stock lpr

yes it will help the the rock reg will also protect your marker and solenoid from pressure spikes in case your inline reg fails....mike
