Help Quik Please!!!!!

i need help, the guy i just sent my gun to (actually i sent it to a shop to do a 3rd party trade) said it was breaking paint down teh barrel and double/tripple feeding balls. i told him the following
1. check barrel/paint fit
2. check the battery
3. check the ball detent

is there ANYTHING else that could cause this, PLEASE respond quick becaues i dont want the guy to thinnk im sending him a crappy gun cause its never done that before

thanks, thats what i told him, he is going to pick the gun up from the 3rd party shop today and they are sending the cocker to me. i appreciate it

you sure he's not saying that cause he might have second thoughts about the deal how was it working before you sent it out.....mike
