High power or low power tank and why? (i never got the point of having a lp over a high or a high over a lp) which one for an ego? And why. Thanks

Low pressure tanks allow for a lower operating pressure and give you more shots out of a tank. High pressure tanks have faster recharge rates.

Both work fine though.
