howdy guys and gals
Ok lets get down to business..... i have an A-5 tipp egrip all that good stuff....i took the gun apart a few months ago for a problem with the bolt not catching when i cocked it and that was fixed. The problem now is when i cock the bolt and fire it the bolt get caught and it takes a heck of a lot of force to pull the little sucker outta its hole ( for lack of better tech terms). i have replaced the o-ring and lubed it all up. i just am at a lose and have to get it up and running smooth for a scenario that i am doing in nov 6 please can someone give em a little help on this its upsetting me.

Ok second thing is that i was wondering with all that i have on the gun egrip teardrop barrel. its all kinds nice for woodsball. Would Nitogen do me better then Co2? or should i not worry about it.. ok thanks in advance all you beautiful people's...

Do you have the ball dent or latch in backwards?. Might be a piece of shell in gun also.

1) Check detent as well as take your gun apart again and make sure nothing has unseeded.

2) Upgrade to HPA. Your gun will shoot at a more constant velocity, it won't flux with the temperature, and can be used with any future guns. Very worthwhile upgrade. If your hellbent on using CO2, then Anti Siphon it at the very least.

Yeah, check you detents most definitely. I don't know if it would be related, I'm no A-5 genius, but take a look and where your tombstone comes into teh marker and make sure that that's all in proper order, for some reason that seems to cause a great many problems.

On your other note, if the gun is as you say "all kinds of nice" why are you going to upgrade it? Obviously you are happy with what you have...which is the point where you start spending money on actually playing paintball instead of dumping money in to a marker.

deff check the detents
i'd sudjest polishing your internals
and hpa is the 2ed best investment besides buying an a-5
and in winter the hpa runs smother through the remote
