Heh. Heheheheheh. Mwahahahahahah. My buddy Afrotech (here on pbreview, and a good friend in real life) found a pretty incredible place to play in Pontiac, MI:

Me, Afrotech, and Elrond will be playing there on February 23rd most likely, along with some other friends of ourse that aren't here on pbreview.com

This place looks stinkin' INCREDIBLE. 4 story indoor paintball arena, complete with cars, a "subway", basement level, street scene, etc etc etc. Granted, the prices are high (even if you bring your own equipment), but the gameplay environment looks simply awesome!

Anyone live near Pontiac, MI that might be interested in meeting us there?

But look at the prices, they're sky high! $135/case is WAY too much for me. Plus $20 for 4 hours of play. On top of all that they won't even let me bring my marker. I would love to play this place since I live in Michigan, but the cost would be astronomical.

The place I play indoor currently is BYOP and is only $15 all night (4 hours). If you buy paint there it's $80/case of 32* Team Colors. They aren't nearly as nice looking as this place, but it is definately more affordable.

I LIKE the fact that there won't be any electros there. ;) People like me with Tippies are happy. Heh.

Any I realize the price is sky high...but this will only be a once in a lifetime thing for me.

I'm used to (and prefer) my $7 field fee and $54 a case prices at my local field.

Yeah, I may go on spring break even though prices are terrible. This place looks too hard to pass up. I'll just have to use my hammer pump or black maxx.

BTW, what if you have the e-bolt kit on your tippy, huh? j/k :elaugh: :jester: I used to own a tippy, but I sold it to my bro cause he wanted something better than his black maxx.

looks cool, but i would say that there is such as thing as too much room. you'd need a lot of players there and with high prices and no electros allowed i dont think there would be enough people to inhabit the whole building.

the feild migh be cool but thats way to much for a case of paint way to much and 20 bucks for only 4 hours of play that sucks, and no electros thats cool in a way but what about if they put it on semi auto or something like that. i think thats kinda lame

As cool as that place looks, it has the same problem that most other places do-field paint only! Man do I hate field paint only! :pissed:

Yeah, prices are a bit steep... and it's a long drive from Austin, but hey, no electros but my cocker and mag can stay? I'd be in for that.

That is stupid, it's basically saying if i have a intimidator with semi-only board that it's disallowed due to the no electric but passes due to it being able to fire only 1 ball per trigger pull. The people to pay this much for the sport are the ones with the electros, that's stupid

Damn and here I thought $90/case at the fortress was high. It does look really cool tho. Can't use my new Timmy tho :( It definitely looks like something I have to try.

I was recently in Pontiac visiting friends and I was looking for a place to play. I almost went there, but the whole electro rule made it something that just wasn't gonna happen. They do good business actually, they are fairly busy from what I hear, but there's a few problems with refs and cheating there once in a while. Apparently a couple guys from detroit fusion got banned from the field after one of their players shot the ref in the neck 5 or 6 times...

That's about everything I know about the field. Looks kind of fun, but prices are too high, and I spent too much on my gun getting it exactly as I want it to not use it
