Well, i dont know how long ive been on PBR today, but ive been on for an ireggularly long time for one day. I get home, play doom 3 ressurection of evil, eat supper, go on PBR. I still havnt got off. But just about 45 minutes ago, i started to get popups. Like registry cleaner popups and some casino. I didn't do anything at all irregular that would give me these. I didn't have these yesterday, or 2 hours ago. It started 45 mins ago.All I did was play a game like I normally go, then go on PBR. What the heck is going on? Anybody else getting these?

Grrr, just got a geico one... and a sexfinder one too... I think im gonna get that google blocker before anything worse pops up...

None for me. I believe it is spyware.

Sweep your system and get popup blockers ftw.

I suggest ad-aware too. Run it while you go to bed or eat dinner and then check for any threats.

Download HiJackThis: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html . Run it, and save a copy of the log. DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING.
Then head over to the security forums at http://forums.techguy.org and start a thread asking for HJT help. The guys there help me out quite often and I am sure will do the same for you.

Do the pop-ups say Aurora on the title bar? If so, you have to download the un-installer from their website. No other way to get rid of it.

I don't know why, but my internet just stopped working. Im on my parents computer right now, reinstalling windows as we speak. I guess I did get some spyware somehow.
