i have hear my very nice VSC phantom $280 obo. flexible.

specs:
dust silver VSC phantom
.45 grip
t-stock
3.5oz tank
12g changer
wrist harness
some 10 round tubes
11 inch barrel and 15 round feed
spare parts kit and velocity adjuster
clear parts kit

To be honest, I don't think someone is gonna buy a pump for $280 when ions and things are the same price.

Also, what does "up" mean? People are always saying it when they're selling something.

ions are also plastic mass produced guns, while phantoms are high quality hand assembled guns. speed has nothing to do with price and frankly i would say the phantom beats ions hands down in accuracy. now lets see some offers, this is obo, im flexible.

To be honest, I dont think you know much about guns. BPS and electronics dont dictate the price of a paintball gun.

And I'm not saying his gun is bad, it looks really cool and everything. All I'm saying is that I'm not educated in the field of pump guns, and $280 for a pump looks a bit out of reach, considering that the general rule for paintball guns is if it's used, the value is cut in half. But anyways, good luck selling it, and I hope that you do get $280.

Exactly. The pump guns you see for less than $100 are old tippmanns and brass eagles. The phantom is one of the best pumps money can buy (next to those carter pumps). They are for stock class and pump players, not speedballers. So if you want the ion, yeah go ahead and spend ur $300 on one, but if you play pump, then get the phantom becuase they are known to be some of the best.

Free up for a cool phantom

Marine, ill give you that yes everyone has a right to his or her own opinion and i understand that you dont know much about the stock class world but for you to come in and say that you think the price is to high for this gun (and for any gun for that matter) is very disrespectful! Stock class players are some of the nicest and most respectful payers you will ever meet and you really offended these guys. I admit that some of them might have been a little hard on you but remember your own words and weigh YOUR words before you speak and disrespect someone else's gun.

P.S. i just bought bought almost the same thing that Moose is selling and it cost me over $400 but i did get some other ups(which made it more). And also, stock class guns can be used for speedball to.

Let's put this whole thing in perspective (this really happened). I was driving around with my dad (I'm 14, not an adult) in his '76 Corvette, and he had his eye on another Vette to see how much it was going for, because my dad wasn't sure if he wanted to keep the one he had. He asked the guy that was selling the other Corvette which was an '86 how much he was selling it for, and the guy said $16,000. So, knowing that Corvettes don't go that high unless they're a '60s model, he said nonchalantly "I don't think someone's going to buy that for $16,000. I got this one for around $8[000]." The guy didn't go into his house and round up his family to call my dad a piece of ignorant trash and tell him to GTFO, he said "You don't think so?" That's what normal people do, and I'm not calling you abnormal. I don't know what you all think I was implying, but I thought he didn't know how much what he had was worth, and clearly I was wrong, and I'm sorry for disrespecting you in any way. I wanted to see him sell it, rather than wonder why nobody was buying it, and as all of you have pointed out several times, I was wrong with the price, which I admit. But, I do think that some of you were WAY out of line in what you said. Think about it as if you were in a real situation, not flaming over the internet where someone can say anything, and the other person can't do anything about it.

Now, can we PLEASE end this, agree that we all were disrespectful in one was or another, and stop flaming so this guy can sell his gun? The thing I'm most sorry about is that he might not sell it because people could become deterred by these rants, so I would be more than willing for a moderator to delete all of these, as I did not mean any harm to him originally; but clearly I somehow struck a nerve.

I do feel that yall should chill out with the all the attacks. an opinion was stated and yall get san in your *******. I agree the price is a little high. Id say $250 is a good price seeing that $280 is what they go for new. I know there are extras but seeing that they are used they loose value Id say the gun is what really would make it $250 because pahntoms do seem to hold their resale value pretty well.

All in all I feel yall should lay off with the attacks because Im sure everyone in here has made a post they didnt feel was insulting and got flamed for it before

Obviously I have not seen your 98, or you would have known about it. And Ions are overused and overrated, whereas I practically made my Aggressor from aftermarket parts. The only difference is that your Ion is quieter. Whoop-de-crap. Now I'm not saying my gun is better, I just wouldn't say it puts mine to shame. And you can't compare a Phantom to my gun, because they aren't in the same class.

Phantoms are one of the better forms of paintball markers out there.
True, one may pay the same price for an ion, but this is different. The ion, you can mount it to anybody and have a brilliant day at the field. Pump players have it different, we don't shoot off as many rounds,and it takes for more skills to wield a pump effectively. Heck, i had a nicely upped ion. But, was i satisfied with it. Yes, but it was sad... everyone has one, and prices for a day of paintball is not cheap. True, for about $100 i can have more than 20+ kills at my field. But, whats the fun in that..... Just shooting paint everywhere, no tatics, just mad speed with the trigger. But, when i bring my phantom to the field, i spend maybe at most $35. I get people talking trash in the speedball field, crap like, "that doesn't have ramping", "you'll be OwNed!!11", and other stuff like that. But, one kill that whole day is good enough for me, for its the day in the shoes of a pump player. Now, you can voice your opinion, our Government even says that too. But, what you have done is bring much anger to my fellow pumpers. For any newbie will say, "ha its a pump, you spent how much on that?, why didn't you get (insert gun name here)?" It's crap like that, we don't want to hear. For its like the saying...

Just keep it clean guys and you Mr. Marine, try shooting a phantom some time, it would be fun. Hope you get your gun sold Moose, but if you decide to part, i call dibs on the t-stock
