Hi. I'm captain of a young guns team that's having a little trouble. We're struggling to practice, drill, organize for tourney's, etc. All the members are dedicated but we're just lost, for lack of a better word. What we would love to be able to have is an older team with experience to be our coach/mentor and help us out.
