I dont know if i should get the palmer stabilizer or the low pressure kit if im going nitro with my a-5

You would want both.
A tippmann on HPA with the low pressure kit runs around 350psi, most HPA tanks run at 850 psi so you need a reg to drop the pressure.

I wouldn't get either. I'd get a high-pressure CenterFlag regulator because it's cheaper and works good with HPA. The LPK is kind of spendy if don't plan on keeping your A-5 around for a while. But, if you have the money and plan to keep the A-5 for some time, an LPK and CP regulator would be an option.
