Dye sticky grips and hinge trigger....

I have a few questions about dye products. First, are the sticky grips overrated? From what I am hearing about them from my friends they are awesome. What are your guys' feelings? Also are they ment to fit the dye hinge trigger? Thanks :)

the dye stickies grips come stock on the dye cocker witch has the swing trigger. I have heard VERY good things about the stickys. I also heard that 32* ones are the same thing but cheaper
