Bolt Jamming

I just got a evil pimp and the bolt when I turn it only turns about 90 degrees and then sorta hard to turn and then I can turn it but the pin doesnt move and I cant pull it out.

Any suggestions

is the bolt in all the way? because it seems like its stuck on maybe the top of the hammer or something.. or catching on something else.

Ya it's in all the way but the ram is in front of it and now I cant even get it back on the ram.

Mabey by removing the bolt set screw do you think I could pull the back out and then would that loosin the pin?

possibly.. ive never took apart my bolt.

But if a last resort id say try it out
