Hi guys,

I've recently started Paintball. I'm going to be the sniper for our speedball team. I've ordered myself a Dark Angel:). Any of you guys got tips for me. I already pretty good, I can snipe people in the head off the break (I usally get like two hits).

Snipers dont exist in paintball. I could explain but I feel that would just be a waste of typing.

Snipers do not exist in paintball. They just don't.

The position that you're thinking of is playing back in speedball. Those guys will off the break shoot where opposing players are most likely to run, (called laning), they don't aim specifically for the head, and try to put two on it, no less.

I did so order a darkangel. And snipers do exist. I'm the best one at my field.

Hmm hard to say whether he's an actual newb or just someone looking to start a flame war.

Anyways i think you should play a lot more speedball, perhaps you should have invested in a different marker, lots of better things available nowadays for less than a dark angel. But definitly try scrimmaging with some better teams, or better yet watch some good teams play, that'll show you how to play better and what to do and what no to do on the field.
