do they make balls for nitro? i heard someone say that balls with a coarser outer shell (marbs and slams etc) are made for nitro, while the balls with smooth outer shells (team colors, 32* comp, proball etc) are made for co2, cause nitro is more "powerful" wtf?!?!?! tell that guy he is wrong and dumb!

Well, its not really like that.
Usually brittle paint is used with LP because compressed air is easier on the ball, so it wont shatter in your barrel, but will still break on your target. Otherwise, I havnt heard anything like.

ok correction sorry, thin/brittle shelled small bore paint such as hellfire, evil marbs, smart paint, etc, are designed for lower pressure systems but there not air specific

No. BTW, just for the record, nitrogen is a less energetic gas than CO2. That's why you're running it at such high pressures (3 to 4 times that of CO2) but you still get the same amount of shots.
